A few things clients often ask before their first visit. If your question isn't here, call us — we're happy to talk through any concern.

Yes — we strongly recommend a bridal trial 2–3 weeks before your wedding. This lets us finalise your look, test products on your skin, and ensure the morning of goes smoothly. Trials are included in our complete bridal package and can also be booked separately.
We work with a curated set of professional-grade brands trusted in salons across India. For sensitive skin or allergy concerns, please tell us in advance — we can patch-test and adjust products accordingly. Hygiene and product safety are non-negotiables in our practice.
For weddings during peak season (November–February), we recommend booking 2–3 months in advance. For off-season dates, 3–4 weeks is usually sufficient. We take a limited number of bridal bookings per day to ensure each bride gets unhurried attention.
We offer select home services within Bemetara for bridal makeup and party makeup, subject to team availability. Spa and skin treatments are performed at the parlour to maintain hygiene and equipment standards. Please call us to discuss your requirement.
Yes. Our Pro Makeup Classes and Pro Salon Courses come with a certificate of completion recognised by local salons. Courses are taught in small batches with hands-on practice on live models. We also guide graduates on building their kit and finding work.
A hydra facial typically takes 45–60 minutes. Customised skin care treatments range from 30–90 minutes depending on the protocol. We will give you a clear time estimate before beginning so you can plan your day.
We accept cash, UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm), and major debit/credit cards. For bridal packages, a 25% advance confirms your booking and the balance is settled on the day of service.
Absolutely. We regularly handle party makeup for groups, kitty parties, and family functions. Group bookings of 3 or more receive a small package discount. Please call ahead so we can dedicate enough staff and time to your group.
